A few things help us do our best work: clear excessive clutter so we can reach surfaces, put away valuables, cash, jewelry, and important documents, secure pets that get stressed by new people, and tell us about anything to avoid or handle carefully.

Of course. We only ask for room to work through each area, and that children and pets stay away from wet floors and the areas being cleaned until surfaces are dry.

Yes. We bring everything we need, including equipment. If you'd rather we used a product you keep at home, leave it out and tell us, and we'll use it wherever it suits the surface.

What do you not clean?

For safety and quality we don't take on exterior window cleaning above safe ground level, mold remediation, biohazard or hazardous-waste cleanup, pest control, heavy lifting or furniture moving, electrical, plumbing, or appliance repairs, or high-ladder work. If you need one of those, we're happy to point you to a qualified specialist.

Yes. Every team member is carefully vetted and background-checked, so you can relax knowing your space is in safe, trusted hands.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to address the affected areas at no additional charge, that's our satisfaction guarantee. It covers the areas and items in your agreed scope. It doesn't cover pre-existing damage, items we weren't asked to clean, or conditions beyond normal cleaning.

We handle every home with care. In the rare event you believe we caused damage, contact us in writing within 24 hours of the service with photos and details so we can inspect and resolve it. Our Terms of Service explain the limits of liability.
